The Revolving Loan Fund provides short-term loans (up to 5 years) to qualified small business that cannot obtain financing from conventional sources. Funds may be used for: |

Eligibility requirements under the Revolving Loan Fund include: |

Business must be located in St. Charles, Lincoln, Franklin or Warren County |

Start up or existing business |
|
|
• |
Business reflects growth potential |
|
|
• |
Loan amounts range from $5,000 to $50,000 |
